Braz Leme, 1717, Casa Verde, São Paulo/SP, CEP 02511-000, establishes the present instrument called TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, which binds the user and Olos Tecnologia, governs the use of the Olos Tecnologia website and the services of commercial intermediation provided by Olos Tecnologia.

2.3. Olos Tecnologia makes available, on the Partners Portal, material for the use of the Olos System as support for your commercial sales, training, etc.

FINAL DISPOSITIONS
The user agrees that this Agreement for the use of the site does not create any consortium, partnership or employment relationship between the user and Olos Tecnologia.
Compliance with this Agreement by Olos Tecnologia is subject to current legislation and due process of law. There is nothing in the content of this Agreement that limits the right of Olos Tecnologia to apply legal provisions or other legal or governmental requirements to the use of the site made by the user or to the information received or collected in relation to that use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring any claim or cause of action, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of this Site, within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or cause arose or, otherwise, such claim or cause will be irrevocably waived.

Attaching a hard copy of this Agreement or any electronic notice to judicial or administrative proceedings is permitted to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in hard copy form.
The fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters and/or data mentioned on this Site are not intended to represent any actual individual, company, product or event.
